Giving a formal presentation.
Explaining smart ideas.
We think about upgrading our hotel facilities with something like a mall, bar, gym and others. so the customer don't have to spend more time to walk around because we have everything here. 
On the rooftop, we will build more facilities for the customer with the infinity pool and fields for outdoor activity.
We will upgrade our accommodation with have an electric car or a golf cart to deliver our customer to their room so they will not waiting a bell boy to deliver their suitcase.
We will rent our car to the customer so it will make them easier to travelling.

Raising and answering questions from the audience.
Audience 1 : "If a customer holding an event that will attend by many people, what suitable and comfortable accommodation that we will be given to them?"
Mr. A : "We will give two types of vehicles, with different capacities and facilities. First is a van car that has TV facilities, massage chairs, mini-refrigerators, but the capacity can only around 10 passengers. And, second is premium royals buses, which have karaoke facilities, wi-fi, reclining seats and the capacity around 25 passengers."
Audience 2 : "If  a customers want to rent a swimming pool for a private activity, is it possible?"
Mr. A : "If you rent a swimming pool for a private activity. We will say they can't rent the swimming pool. Because our swimming pool in our hotel is a public facility. So, everyone can use it"

Ending the presentation and giving them a conclusion.

  • So, we will upgrade our facilities in our hotel with something like a mall, bar, and an infinity pool on the rooftop so our customer will feel relieved and happy when they stay at our hotel. We also will have an electric car so the customer can just sit and the driver will drive them to their room with their suitcase. For accommodation the customer shouldn’t worried because we can rent them a van car or a premium royal bus so we will pick up them. But, if our customer want to rent a public facilities for their private activity we will say no because every customer can use it.

Controlling the discussion in a meeting
Explaining and evaluating some methods of advertising.
YouTube ads
Establishing relationships with customers by creating video ads in a short time, but already showing all of our hotel facilities.
Save a cost for an advertising cost.
Our ads are not only displayed in domestic areas but also the others country.
LED Board
The costs incurred are bigger but we can rent it for 1 year for that price.
Strategic billboard place so our hotel is easy to remember.
Display in the form of audio-visual display so that it easily attracts attention of people around.

YouTube Ads
Limited, because not all countries use a YouTube.
The audience is not enthusiastic about the ad so they will skip it.
LED Board
Only focus on one place. Because we have to rent more if we want to have on the other place.
Frequent weather changes will cause damage to the billboard because it located outside.

Handling / coping with interruptions.
With the lack of advertised YouTube and LED Board, the company took the initiative to add other marketing alternatives by sponsoring and endorse influencers on Instagram. People these day use Instagram more than the other social media such as a Facebook or a Twitter. It will gain more potential customers and the cost is not that big for an ad.

Controlling the good quality meeting.
The meeting goes according to a plan, start from 10.00 AM - 12.00 PM.
The meeting atmosphere was conducive because there's a moderator, who have a responsibility to make the meeting conducive.
Use YouTube adv or LED board have an advantage and disadvantage. So, we have another alternative. We will do sponsored and endorse an influence on instagram because it can captivate the customer more.

• Customers can book rooms through the official website. Customers can access from this website www.verygood.co.id, after that customers can choose the room type:

• Customers will fill the date when they will check-in and check-out, and total guest(s).
•  For the payment, customer can choose by money transfer via ATM, SMS Banking or M-Banking. Money transfer limit 2 hours after booking. Customers will get the booking room number via email and sms. Customers can confirm the order the day before check-in to make sure.

Explaining the meeting team the way to deliver the ordered products.
• Customers come to the hotel.
• The hotel prepares a welcome drinks.
• The customer will accompanied by a bell boy to the reception for check in.
• Receptionist will asked the customer to shows their ID card and booking room number, after that the receptionist re-records the customer's order.
• Customers will asked to do finger print as access to entry and exit rooms that they booked before.
• After a successful check-in process, the customer can deliver the luggage to the bell boy and bell boy will bring it to the front door.

Predicting and anticipating the future of your team’s business.
For the future, if our hotel continue to only use the website to order, we can certainly not attract many customers. Because customers have to know about our hotel and our social media in order to access the website. In our opinion this is not efficient. So, in the future we will corporate with Traveloka, Pegi-Pegi.com, and Airy Rooms.

Giving suggestion and responding to the suggestions
Mr. A : In my opinion, it would be better for us to corporate with Tiket.com instead Airy rooms. Because, users who access the Ticket.com application more than Airy Rooms.
Marketing : Yes, we agree with your opinion about more Ticket.com have more users. But, after we checked the respond from customers after using the application, most customers are not satisfied. Because the price listed on the application is not accompanied by tax. So, the resulting in added costs that do not match estimates.
Mr. A : So, the total cost in the application for airy rooms already include taxes?
Marketing : After we checked and meet directly with Airy Room's manager. We know and sure that the price listed on the application already includes tax.

3)     Transport: For transportation there, we don't use local transportation there but we rent a mini-bus specifically for tour participants.

The tour destination is Seoul and Jeju's island. In Seoul we will visit several tourist attractions such as K-POP Agency, Korean drama shooting venues, places to shop and entertainment venues such as Namsan Tower. And, in Jeju's island, we will visit several tourist attractions such as the Winter Sonata shooting place.

For lunch, we offer some famous recommendation places such as Seungri “Big Bang” ramen, Han Gang Korean Restaurant, Dung Mun and many more. For breakfast and dinner, the hotel where the tour participants stay will provided.

We will help arrange the passport for those who do not have it and we will tell you how to apply for a visa so that it is not refused. We also give tour guides and translators during the trip there. So the participants will not experience difficulties to communicate while there. The participants also got a lot of information when visiting several places because we provided trusted guides who were local residents there.

One of our guest stars who wants shown is unable to attend because his schedule clashes with other parties, so we replace with other guest stars
Sheila on 7 requested a private room with complete facilities so we set up a special tent with complete facilities for Sheila on 7
The Vice rector cannot attend the event due to meetings outside the city, so to save time replaced by the dean of the accounting department.

Product: Bread bowl with jackfruit flavor
Ingredients:
*for bread:
1. Wheat Flour 500gr
2. Egg
3. Ferment 1tbs
4. Butter
5. Sugar
6. Salt
7. Milk powder
8. Ice water
9. Jackfruit juice

*for sugar:
1. Palm sugar

How to make bowl bread:
1.      Mix wheat flour, milk powder, sugar, salt, and ferment until all the ingredients mix well
2.      Put the egg and then pour ice water and jackfruit juice one by one while stirring
3.      Put the butter and mix all until well
4.      If the ingredients already mix well, place the dough in the bowl and cover with a damp tea towel. Set aside in a warm, draught-free place to prove for 30 minutes until the dough has doubled size .
5.      Then press the dough into the bowl, upside down
6.      Bake in the oven until the bread expands for 20 minutes

How to make sugar bowl:
1.      Melt the palm sugar
2.      Leave the palm sugar until the palm sugar freeze a little bit
3.      Rub palm sugar on bread bowl and wait until the palm sugar freeze
4.      Repeat it until 3 times
5.      Let the bread that already rub by palm sugar until its freeze

Benefit: we don’t just get the main menu, but we can get another benefit, we can eat the whole things (bread and sugar). Our bread is a home-made product, so we can press the production price. So we can determine the selling price cheaper, and make it more affordable for all people.

Function: with that bread bowl, we don’t need another place or bowl to hold our food anymore. So we can reduce waste because that bowl that we have can be eaten.

B.     Organizational Structure

Investor Relations has the main responsibility to proactively communicate the company's financial performance and other information in a consistent and transparent way to the analysis and investors.

§  Description

PT Indofood CBP Success Makmur tbk. manage all stages of the food production process, starting from the production and processing of raw materials to being the final product that is ready to be sold to consumers. PT Indofood CBP's Business Process SOP Successful Prosperity are as follows :

1.      PT Indofood has plantations that work with farmers to manage agricultural or plantation products which will be used as raw materials to produce various products.
2.      The produce from the farm or plantation is then processed into raw materials that are ready to be produced at the Indofood plant, so that it becomes a finished product that is ready to be marketed.
3.      At the Indofood plant, the production of all raw materials is processed as well as possible so that they become high-quality products. In the Indofood factory there are not only production activities, but also research activities that function to control the compositions used by taking random samples and examining them in a laboratory room to ensure that the product is marketable as a quality product.
4.      Packaging is carried out inside the factory, where all raw materials that have been processed and become finished products are then sorted into a packing room. Furthermore, workers who have high ability will pack the product quickly and well.
5.      Distribution is a major component in PT Indofood's operational activities as a Total Food Solutions company. PT Indofood does not have a warehouse in the factory. Every eight hours, finished products that have been packaged are directly distributed to retail outlets or traditional markets. Through its extensive network, PT Indofood ensures the distribution of products to the regions is carried out well and in the shortest possible time, as well as the availability of Indofood products in almost all corners of the archipelago.

6.      In the final stage, products that have been distributed from the factory are now available in retail outlets and traditional markets in each region. Buying and selling transaction activities can easily occur, because of the wide distribution system that makes it easier for consumers to find Indofood products.
