Customer 1 : Lina (Nurul Fitriani)
Customer 1 : Good afternoon. Yesterday I was laundry in this place. After I checked, there was no jeans in my laundry.
Staff 1 : Good afternoon, Ms. May I see the receipt?
Customer 1 : Here is the receipt, Ms. (giving the receipt). I should have taken my laundry 2 days ago, but because of my busy life I could only take it yesterday.
Staff 1 : I'll check first. Please wait a moment.
After checking, it turns out that the item is not found.
Staff 1 : Sorry, after we checked the item were not here.
Customer 1 : What? How come it's not here? How can the responsibility be lost?
Staff 1 : All right Ms. Please wait for awhile, I will call the washing section and ironing section.
5 minutes later Staff 2 & Staff 3 arrived.
Staff 1 : So, the jeans from this Ms is gone so how can you explain it chronology.
Staff 2 : What's the date of laundry?
Customer 1 : I entered the laundry 3 days ago.
Staff 3 : If I may know, what color and brand are the jeans?
Customer 1 : My jeans are black with the brand H&M on it.
Staff 2 : During washing and drying, as far as I remember, there was a jeans here. But, I have no idea when the jeans in ironing section.
Staff 3 : When I want to iron that day, there are two jeans with that colors and the same brand. But, because I thought that two jeans was Ms Angel’s. So, I put the two jeans in the same bag. I really apologize to you because I really don't know.
Customer 1 : So how is this? Can you contact Ms. Angel?
Staff 1 : We apologize for our negligence. But, if you want to contact Ms. Angel I’m so sorry we can't. Because, Ms Angel don't leave her address or cellphone number in here. If you want, you could wait until Ms. Angel laundry again at our place. But we can't be sure when Ms. Angel will be laundry at our place again. If you don’t want to wait, our place will give compensation but only 70% of the price of the item.
Customer 1 : Ok, because I don’t want to wait any longer. I choose the second option. Next time, please be careful. Maybe, you can give a sign on every shirt or pants, so other customer will not lost their things again like this.
Staff 1 : Ok, thank you for your adivice Ms. We really apologize. We will try our best, so something like this will not happen again
