Product: Bread bowl with jackfruit flavor
Ingredients:
*for bread:
1. Wheat Flour 500gr
2. Egg
3. Ferment 1tbs
4. Butter
5. Sugar
6. Salt
7. Milk powder
8. Ice water
9. Jackfruit juice

*for sugar:
1. Palm sugar

How to make bowl bread:
1.      Mix wheat flour, milk powder, sugar, salt, and ferment until all the ingredients mix well
2.      Put the egg and then pour ice water and jackfruit juice one by one while stirring
3.      Put the butter and mix all until well
4.      If the ingredients already mix well, place the dough in the bowl and cover with a damp tea towel. Set aside in a warm, draught-free place to prove for 30 minutes until the dough has doubled size .
5.      Then press the dough into the bowl, upside down
6.      Bake in the oven until the bread expands for 20 minutes

How to make sugar bowl:
1.      Melt the palm sugar
2.      Leave the palm sugar until the palm sugar freeze a little bit
3.      Rub palm sugar on bread bowl and wait until the palm sugar freeze
4.      Repeat it until 3 times
5.      Let the bread that already rub by palm sugar until its freeze

Benefit: we don’t just get the main menu, but we can get another benefit, we can eat the whole things (bread and sugar). Our bread is a home-made product, so we can press the production price. So we can determine the selling price cheaper, and make it more affordable for all people.

Function: with that bread bowl, we don’t need another place or bowl to hold our food anymore. So we can reduce waste because that bowl that we have can be eaten.

PT Indofood CBP Success Makmur tbk. is a company engaged in the food and beverage industry. The company is a branch of the company owned by Salim Group and engaged as a leading company for production of instant noodles and other processed foods in Indonesia.

In the beginning, PT Indofood was established on August 14, 1990 by Sudono Salim under the name of PT Panganjaya Intikusuma, which then on February 5, 1994 merged several subsidiaries within the scope of Indofood Group, so that PT Panganjaya Intikusuma changed its name to PT Indofood Sukses Makmur tbk. The company has exported its food production to Asia, Australia and Europe.

In the last few decades, Indofood has transformed into a Total Food Solutions company by conducting operational activities that cover all stages of the food production process, starting from the production and processing of raw materials to being the "final product" available on the market.

The instant noodle division is the largest division in Indofood Group and its factories are more in 15 cities in Indonesia. It intended that the products produced are sufficient and able to distributed evenly throughout the city, so that products can accepted by consumers in a fresh state and support government programs through the distribution of local labor.

The increasing demand causes PT Indofood CBP to succeed Makmur. issued a policy to increase production capacity by setting up factory II. On February 5, 2004, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur tbk. get certification from the SGS International of Indonesia accreditation body. This is show through the slogan found in the Indofood logo "The Symbol of Quality Foods" or "Symbol of Quality Foods" which means that they only use a good quality to make their product. Quality products are not only produced from selected raw materials, but also hysterically processed and meet the nutritional and halal ingredients. PT Indofood CBP Success Makmur tbk. has a market orientation, where the production carried out by the company adjusted to the needs of consumers,

A.    Vision and Mission of the Company

PT Indofood CBP's Vision Successful Prosperity is "To be a company that can meet the needs of food with quality products, quality, safe for consumption, and become a leader in the food industry".

Mission of PT Indofood CBP Success Makmur tbk. is "Becoming a transnational company that can carry the name of Indonesia in the food industry".


B.     Organizational Structure

PT Indofood CBP's organizational structure Success Makmur tbk. is the Business Strategy Unit Structure (SBU) because PT Indofood groups the same divisions into the authority and responsibility for each unit to a division head who directly reports to the executive director. The following is the organizational structure of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur tbk. :



1.      President Director
The company headed by a president director who assisted boy eight other members of the board of directors in managing the company's business. The chief director is responsible for developing the company's strategic direction and ensuring that all targets and goals achieved
2.      Audit Committee

The Audit Committee formed and compiled to meet the provisions in the regulations of the Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency. Their job is to assisted the Board of Commissioners of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur tbk. In carrying out the supervisory role by reviewing the company's financial statementst
3.      Operational Management

Each Operational Manager is responsible to the board of directors for every operational activity of the company, coordinates operational activities, as well as determines operational policies. The Division in Operational Management includes the Division of Instant Noodles, Packaging Division, Dairy Division, Special Nutrition and Food Division, Snack Foods Division, Food Seasonings Division, International Division, Bogasari Division, Agribusiness Division, and Distribution Division.
4.      Investor Relations

Investor Relations has the main responsibility to proactively communicate the company's financial performance and other information in a consistent and transparent way to the analysis and investors.
5.      Internal Control and Risk Management  

Indofood management is responsible for the establishment and implementation of adequate internal controls, risk estimates, and risk management through a system designed to provide adequate confidence for management and directors.

§  Description

PT Indofood CBP Success Makmur tbk. manage all stages of the food production process, starting from the production and processing of raw materials to being the final product that is ready to be sold to consumers. PT Indofood CBP's Business Process SOP Successful Prosperity are as follows :

1.      PT Indofood has plantations that work with farmers to manage agricultural or plantation products which will be used as raw materials to produce various products.
2.      The produce from the farm or plantation is then processed into raw materials that are ready to be produced at the Indofood plant, so that it becomes a finished product that is ready to be marketed.
3.      At the Indofood plant, the production of all raw materials is processed as well as possible so that they become high-quality products. In the Indofood factory there are not only production activities, but also research activities that function to control the compositions used by taking random samples and examining them in a laboratory room to ensure that the product is marketable as a quality product.
4.      Packaging is carried out inside the factory, where all raw materials that have been processed and become finished products are then sorted into a packing room. Furthermore, workers who have high ability will pack the product quickly and well.
5.      Distribution is a major component in PT Indofood's operational activities as a Total Food Solutions company. PT Indofood does not have a warehouse in the factory. Every eight hours, finished products that have been packaged are directly distributed to retail outlets or traditional markets. Through its extensive network, PT Indofood ensures the distribution of products to the regions is carried out well and in the shortest possible time, as well as the availability of Indofood products in almost all corners of the archipelago.

6.      In the final stage, products that have been distributed from the factory are now available in retail outlets and traditional markets in each region. Buying and selling transaction activities can easily occur, because of the wide distribution system that makes it easier for consumers to find Indofood products.
