• Customers can book rooms through the official website. Customers can access from this website www.verygood.co.id, after that customers can choose the room type:
a. Premium room
b. Deluxe room
c. Junior suite
d. Suite room
e. Presidential suite
• Customers will fill the date when they will check-in and check-out, and total guest(s).
• For the payment, customer can choose by money transfer via ATM, SMS Banking or M-Banking. Money transfer limit 2 hours after booking. Customers will get the booking room number via email and sms. Customers can confirm the order the day before check-in to make sure.
Explaining the meeting team the way to deliver the ordered products.
• Customers come to the hotel.
• The hotel prepares a welcome drinks.
• The customer will accompanied by a bell boy to the reception for check in.
• Receptionist will asked the customer to shows their ID card and booking room number, after that the receptionist re-records the customer's order.
• Customers will asked to do finger print as access to entry and exit rooms that they booked before.
• After a successful check-in process, the customer can deliver the luggage to the bell boy and bell boy will bring it to the front door.
Predicting and anticipating the future of your team’s business.
For the future, if our hotel continue to only use the website to order, we can certainly not attract many customers. Because customers have to know about our hotel and our social media in order to access the website. In our opinion this is not efficient. So, in the future we will corporate with Traveloka, Pegi-Pegi.com, and Airy Rooms.
Giving suggestion and responding to the suggestions
Mr. A : In my opinion, it would be better for us to corporate with Tiket.com instead Airy rooms. Because, users who access the Ticket.com application more than Airy Rooms.
Marketing : Yes, we agree with your opinion about more Ticket.com have more users. But, after we checked the respond from customers after using the application, most customers are not satisfied. Because the price listed on the application is not accompanied by tax. So, the resulting in added costs that do not match estimates.
Mr. A : So, the total cost in the application for airy rooms already include taxes?
Marketing : After we checked and meet directly with Airy Room's manager. We know and sure that the price listed on the application already includes tax.
