1.     Describing business trends in 2019
In our opinion, the business trend in 2019 will definitely focus on everything that is easy and connected to the internet. Therefore, we took the initiative to create 2 types of businesses that will be trending in 2019. The first one is, Co-working space. The reason is because there are many new entrepreneurs who want to start a business but do not have enough funds to make their own office. Therefore, we offer a venue which can be hired for some project (such as meeting, seminar, workshop, etc). So, Alexander Group Corporation opened a new innovation called Code of Alexander, a co-working space that located in the four big cities Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Medan. And, second one is Mobile supermarket.  Due to globalization make developing technology rapidly at this time, there are many big supermarkets that are rarely visited by customers because of the location. So, customers have to pay extra fees to get there. In this era of globalization all circles are already using gadgets, and wanted all easy and fast. So, Alexander Group Corporation created the latest innovation the supermarkets which can approach customers called MoA Mart (Moby of Alexander Market) that located in Malang and Semarang. 
What distinguishes from the previous year we will describe it through the table:

·         One building belongs only to one corporation.
·         Fixated on one concept.
·         They have to have a land and buildings. 
·         At least they need to have a much funds or capital for an office.
·         They can rent together with other companies.
·         They can custom concepts or themes for each room and rent for more utensils if they need it.
·         They can rent through the application so it easier.
·         They can rent the room just for about an hour or more (if they just need it for meeting).


Supermarket

New Innovation (MoA Mart)

·         In the form of patent buildings so it can not moved.
·         Customers need to approach supermarket.
·         Offline.
·         The employees as workers will service us. 
·         Payment system in the form of cash and credit (card). 
·         A car that will move to our location.
·         Online. They need to download an application to book MoA mart.
·         There are no employees serving, only through machines and barcodes.
·         Payment only uses Scan QR code.

How to operate Code Alexander for an operator are create an application system that is directly connected with Code Alexander and controlling operations (such as the booking system) and for a customer are they can download applications, register as a new user, select a concept of interest, select the day, date, and hour desired as time rental, transfer payments, and confirmation a payment when they visited the Code Alexander to our front desk. And how to operate MoA Mart for an operator are create an application system that is directly connected with MoA Mart and controlling operations (such as MoA Mart location and inventory) and for a customer are download an applications, register as a new user, connect your credit/debit card on the application for a transaction, order MoA Mart, Select items through the barcodes scan for payment, and confirm of your payment, and MoA Mart will leave the place.
The benefits of Code Alexander for the owner are the cost is cheaper and they only need to pay for the cleaning service and front desk. And for the customer are they don’t need to have the building for operational activities, easier and saving more. The benefits of MoA Mart for the owner are there are no employees and fuel oil, because it uses the power of the solar system, operational costs are cheaper, and controlling the inventory items will easier. And for the customer are easier, no time-consuming and more efficient.
